A few words about the company
My name is Izabela Jurek and for years I have been passionately involved in organizing conferences from the perspective of simultaneous translation equipment. My job is more than just everyday duties – it is a mission that allows me to support communication between people from different cultures and countries. I love seeing how, thanks to my work, language barriers cease to exist and international events become a space for true dialogue.
I founded a company based on professionalism, quality and understanding of customer needs. I believe that the most important thing is not only modern equipment, but also an individual approach and technical support at the highest level. I treat each order as a unique challenge that motivates me to constantly improve.
For me, the most important thing is reliability and full support for clients at every stage of the organization. My goal is to create solutions that allow event participants to focus on what is most important – the exchange of knowledge and building relationships. I want my company to be synonymous with quality and professionalism – both in Poland and abroad.

Based on this information, I will select the best equipment solutions and suggest appropriate interpreters.
Individual offer
Based on the analysis, I prepare an offer tailored to your needs. I take into account the type and amount of equipment, the duration of the event, the presence of a technician and – if you need it – cooperation with translators. Each offer is flexible and tailored to the budget and requirements of the client.
Equipment preparation and logistics
Once the offer is accepted, I take care of all logistics. I deliver the equipment to the agreed location and ensure that everything is installed and tested before the event begins. I work with hotels and conference centers throughout Poland and abroad, so the process runs smoothly.
Technical support
I offer full technical support during the event. My experienced technician is on-site to monitor equipment, respond quickly to any issues, and support the interpreters in their work. This means you can focus on the conference, knowing that everything is working perfectly.

Do you provide technical support during the event?

Of course. Equipment can be rented for a single event, or for several days or weeks. The flexibility of renting allows you to adjust the offer to the needs of the organizer.
Do you offer services outside of Poland?
Yes, my services are also available abroad. I deal with the comprehensive organization of equipment and translation services at international events.

The cost depends on the type and amount of equipment, the duration of the rental and additional services, such as the presence of a technician or the organization of interpreters. After presenting the details of the event, I prepare an individual quote.
How can I reserve equipment?
